Washington D.C, December 4, 2018 - David Vuich, Chairman Emeritus of the Tesla Science Foundation presented Ted Poe with an engraved trophy in appreciation of the Congressman's valued support to the Tesla Science Foundation.

During the past several years, Mr. Vuich has interfaced with the Congressman and his professional staff in an attempt to submit a formal request to the Director of the Smithsonian to recognize and consider a dedicated Tesla exhibit at the Museum. As a result of a Congressional Dear Colleague letter, the Smithsonian has agreed to establish a dialogue with the Tesla Museum in Belgrade in order to determine available artifacts that may be available for display.
