The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Washington participated in the first ever Fashion Gala, organised by the “Diplomacy and Fashion” project.

This event was attended by the wife of the President of Serbia, Tamara Vučić, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Serbia and Minister of Culture and Information Maja Gojković, and Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the United States of America Marko Đurić.

The theme of the Fashion Gala were designs made for first ladies and heads of state, including three designs by Serbian designers Igor Todorović and Mihano Momosa, made for the wife of the President of Serbia, Tamara Vučić.

The Fashion Gala was followed by tasting of national drinks, where one of the drink stalls belonged to the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia.
